How often is QGIS Latest updated?
QGIS releases a new major version every 4 months (February, June, October). Between major releases, bug-fix patches are released as needed. The OSGeo4W installer will offer updates when you re-run it.
Can I have Latest and LTR installed at the same time?
Yes. In OSGeo4W setup, select both
qgis and qgis-ltr. Both appear in the Start menu as separate applications with independent settings.
